We had a wonderful week of VBS. This Sunday, June 14, we are hoping that many of the children that participated in VBS can come to sing in the 9:45 am church service. We will practice the two songs we will be singing; Jesus Seeks and Finds and Not Alone at 9:20 towards the end of the Sunday School time. The children will sing the songs at the beginning of the 9:45 service, that way, our children and families who usually attend the early service will only be staying a few minutes into the second service.

NEW SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY begins this week, June 14 at 8:45 AM. We are doing the Epic of Eden, a 12-week study of the history of God’s redeeming grace, understanding the Old Testament from the Eden of the Garden to the New Jerusalem. DOES STUDYING THE OLD TESTAMENT feel overwhelming and confusing? Do the stories and events seem disconnected and hard to follow? Have you ever found the Old Testament difficult to piece together? Many Christians struggle to make sense of this portion of the Bible. In The Epic of Eden, the aim is to bring clarity and structure to the Old Testament, giving readers some tools to better understand it. This study seeks to organize the people, events, and themes of the Old Testament into a cohesive and memorable history of God's redeeming grace. We hope to see the Old Testament in a new light, connecting the stories together and revealing the unity of God’s redemptive plan.
