Community Baptist Church At Community Baptist Church, our purpose is to glorify God in all that we do as we attempt to carry out the ministry He has granted to us.

Our purpose is to glorify God in all that we do as we attempt to carry out the ministry He has granted to us. We desire to exalt God as we praise Him in worship, believing that God is glorified through praise that is distinctly different than worldly entertainment. Furthermore, we seek to give glory to God by teaching and preaching His Word. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. It is free

from error, preserved for time and eternity, and profitable for conforming us to a godly standard. Therefore, the preaching of the Bible is our central focus, so that anyone attending a service at Community Baptist Church would go out knowing more about God and more about God’s assessment of them. Ultimately, we desire that people would be conformed to His standard. Finally, our purpose to glorify God is achieved by living out the lessons of God’s Word in everyday life. We believe that the Bible is our authority for practice and not only principle. Therefore, from Sunday School classes to preaching services, practical applications of Bible principles are made so that we might be “doers of the Word and not hearers only.”
