CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS
Mark and I would like to wish you a wonderful and restful Christmas and God's blessing in 2023.

We would like to thank you for your support of our ministry, for your prayers during 2022 through what has been a disruptive, uncertain and unprecedented time. We are finishing 2022 with Covid, something that we have managed to avoid for almost three years. Please keep us in your prayers.

St. Columba's exists mostly on line and on the phone because of my health. A-Fib, COPD, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis keep me largely confined. People call or ask online for prayers and I do pray every day for all who ask.

On my way home from the hospital today. Apparently I just had a very severe attack of rhematoid arthritis. Sigh. Too bad my insurance won't cover the proper regular treatment. I'm determined to keep trying for good coverage.

It's hard work to keep my health at my age. I had a mammogram today and in a couple of weeks I have scheduled a heart stress study at Nuclear Medicine. Apparently it takes four or five hours. I regard the discipline necessary a serious call to obedience by God, who gives me each day as a bonus. My prayers go out to and for all of you. Love, Rev. Patti McClellan
