Ladies of Flourish, we are in the process of rolling out a new app and need you to go to the App Store and download it to your phone. This will now be the format we use to communicate within our small groups.

Search for Calvary Chapel Sun City, then download. Once the app is installed on your phone check your email for the invitation to join your small group.

As with the introdction of new technology there will probably be several glitches, which we will work quickly to resolve. We so appreciate your patience as we work to get the app fully working.💜

I love the fresh start to a new year!
I get excited about all the new possibilities that lie ahead.
I wonder how the Lord will work and reveal Himself to me in the coming days and months.
I wonder how He will use me in my normal every day life.
I wonder what He will do in your life this semester as we embark on knowing Jesus more in 2025. What new friendships will be formed? How will God meet the needs that are all around us? What will be the “Aha!” Moment that we all long to have with Jesus?

I don’t know what 2025 holds, but I know who does!
So, I am choosing to start afresh with my dearest friends and the wonderful women of Flourish to focus my heart and mind on Jesus, my amazing Savior. I hope you’ll join us as we start our semester by focusing on what Jesus said about Himself in His seven “I AM” statements found in the Gospel of John.

What would happen if the women of Flourish came together this Saturday morning of prayer with the heart attitudes we have studied this first week in The Sermon on the Mount?
•poor in spirit and realizing our need for Jesus
•mourning over our personal sin and the sin of our city, state, and nation
•meek and humble, ready to fully rely on God
•hungry and thirsty for God’s righteousness

We believe wholeheartedly that God would wake us up and begin a spiritual revival in us personally, which would then spill over to our families and our church.

Revival begins with repentance.
Which has to start with us individually.

“Don’t tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead. Return to the Lord your God, for He is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.” Joel 2:13

Tomorrow morning we will begin our day by praising God for His immense goodness and faithfulness! He has been so good to us, and He is worthy of all of our praise.🙌🏼

Then because of His grace and mercy we will make our requests known to Him.🙏🏼

What an amazing privilege that The Living God invites you and I to “come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” Hebrews 4:16🥰🙌🏼
