ECS celebrated our student athletes at the Athletic Awards Ceremony, recognizing participants in cross country, volleyball, basketball, track, and golf.
Coaches shared highlights from the year, honoring athletes for their stats, hard work, leadership, and sportsmanship.
The evening ended with the top honors of Male and Female Athlete of the Year. Congratulations to Senior Camren Reasoner and Junior McKenzie Cole!
Way to go, Buffalos!

Congratulations to our 4th Quarter SODA (Students of Distinguished Attitudes) Award Winners at El Dorado Christian School! 🎉

These students have demonstrated Christ-like attitudes through kindness, respect, leadership, perseverance, and encouragement to those around them. We are so proud of the way they represent ECS both inside and outside the classroom!

Thank you to our teachers and staff for recognizing students who consistently choose to make a positive difference each day. Keep shining your light, Buffalos! 💙💛

A huge thank you goes to Mrs. Luelf for doing an amazing job organizing our Field Day activities. With chilly temperatures and muddy conditions from all the rain this week, we had to quickly move everything indoors. Thankfully, that did not stop the fun one bit! Mrs. Luelf was incredibly creative in setting up stations and utilizing every bit of indoor space — from the hallways, to the gym, to classrooms throughout the building.

Students enjoyed a full day of friendly competition with activities including three-legged races, sack races, egg-and-spoon races (thank goodness the eggs were wooden!), jump rope, hula hoop contests, tug-of-war, and so much more.

After lunch, everyone took a break from the excitement to watch David together before ending the day with snow cones from Kool Crush — the perfect treat to celebrate the last day of school!

To top it all off, the yearbooks arrived just in time for students to gather signatures and share memories with friends and classmates. It was a wonderful ending to another great year at ECS!

Last night, El Dorado Christian School celebrated the accomplishments of 12 eighth grade graduates as they completed an important chapter in their educational journey. 🎓💙💛
The evening was filled with laughter, memories, and heartfelt moments as family, friends, and teachers reflected on the growth these students have shown through the years. From classrooms and chapel services to ballgames, field trips, and friendships, this class has made many special memories during their time at ECS.
The graduation bios shared during the ceremony reminded everyone of the unique personalities, talents, and stories that make this class so special.
We are proud of each of these students and thankful for the teachers, parents, grandparents, and supporters who have invested in their lives along the way. Congratulations to the ECS 8th Grade Class of 2026! We are excited to see what God has planned for your future as you begin your high school years. ✨

Last night was a sweet celebration for the 9 graduates of Mrs. Bowen’s Kindergarten class at El Dorado Christian School! 🎓💙💛
From the smiles and laughter to the proud families and happy tears, the evening was filled with special moments as we celebrated this big milestone in the lives of these young students. One of the highlights of the night was hearing the graduates sing “Celebration” by Forrest Frank — a perfect reminder to celebrate all God has done in their lives this year.
It is amazing to see how much these students have grown academically, socially, and spiritually throughout the school year. A huge thank you to Mrs. Bowen for the love, patience, and encouragement she pours into her classroom each day.
Congratulations to our kindergarten graduates! We are so proud of each one of you and can’t wait to see all God has planned for your future. 📚✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has faithfully saved their Woods receipts for ECS this year! Your small act of saving receipts has made a big difference for our school. Through the Woods receipt program, ECS receives 1% cash back, and every little bit helps support our students and school programs!

If you still have receipts at home, please bring them to the school tomorrow — our last day of school! ☺️

Also, no need to collect receipts over the summer. We’ll start fresh again next school year!

And just like that… the tassels have turned, the caps have flown, and the ECS Class of 2026 is officially off to their next adventure! 🎓✨
It feels like just yesterday these seniors were racing through the hallways, sitting in chapel together, loading up for ballgames and field trips, and making memories that will last a lifetime. Now it’s time to send them out into the world — even if we’d like to keep them around a little longer.
Class of 2026, thank you for the laughter, the memories, the school spirit, and the example you’ve been to the students behind you. We pray God blesses each step ahead and that you never forget you’ll always have a home here at ECS. 💙💛
Now go chase those dreams… and try not to throw anything else in the air on the way out. 😉
