Sit quietly with your eyes closed.

Breathe normally and simply notice your breath.

Saying to yourself “breathing in, breathing out” can help keep other thoughts at bay.

When you notice a random thought,

simply label it as “a thought” and gently bring your attention back to your breath.

When you are filled with calm, gently return your awareness to the 'now."

Prayer

Dear God,

I give thanks for all that is. Help me find the Blessing in each moment.

Knowing that as the now I experience changes, you do not.

Your strength, Love and Guiding presence are unchanging.

In each moment you are perfect,

You are everything and all is Well.

In a place you feel safe, Close your eyes
Become aware of the breath moving
Purposely through your body
Feeling safe gently center on the knowing
all is well In this moment there is nothing to fear
In this moment all of your needs are met.
Here and now you are completely safe.
Relax the tension in your body,
Release the fear in your mind.
When this awareness is complete,
Open your eyes and Pray

Dear God,
Bless me and my loved ones,
With perfect health and compassionate hearts.
Protect us from any who would wish us harm,
and help us to find new ways to help others.
God show me your presence in every situation
That I may see rightly and understand
all is well.

Mindfully, slowly take in a breath.
As you inhale count to four letting the air fill you.
Hold this breath for a count of four
Let yourself be aware of the feel of fullness
as you hold this breath,
Release the breath through your mouth to the count of four.
As you repeat this process be aware that you are
taking into your being all that you want and need
You hold it as long as you want it, and you return it to the world.
You are complete

Prayer

Dear God
Thank you for all of the Blessings in my life.
I know you are the answer in each situation
and I bring to you my every need.
Be here now God.
Show me how each situation holds a Blessing
and each concern offers a lesson in compassion
and forgiveness.
I bring to you my sorrow and my joy
finding unconditional love, guidance and acceptance.
I praise you with my every breath.

Center yourself with a gentle breath,
As you breathe in follow the fresh healthy air
as it moves into your body.
Release it into the world through your mouth. In through your nose
Out through your mouth.
Find Joy in the movement of air,
Into your body, and out,
Blessing the world.
You can do this as often as serves you through the day.

and your thoughts begin to quiet.
Focus on a sound close to you.
Hear the sound, pay attention as it ends.
Hear every sound together.
Hear each sound individually.
As you reach understanding the meditation ends.
Return to the present with joy.

Lie down in a comfortable position.
As you prepare for meditation practice tensing up your muscle groups
and then fully relaxing,
Breathing consciously, begin by tensing your neck and shoulders on your inhale, hold the tension, relax on the outbreath.
Do this with all the muscle groups in your body, all the way down to your feet,
When your body is fully relaxed, Turn your attention within,
breathe the breath that is all breath.
Breathe deeply, in awareness that all that is all that ever has been
and all that ever will be, breathes with you.
When you are complete in this exercise, repeat the tension, relaxation
Until your body is refreshed.
Gently return to your day.

Get comfortable in a place you won't be disturbed for a time.
Breathe in the the count of four, hold for a count of four and release through your mouth to a count of four.
On each outbreath as you blow through your mouth, let your stress go.
Breathing in Quietly turn your focus within alloying yourself to open to your good.
Holding desire for good and breathing out doubt.
In this awareness your allow yourself to be energized into action where action is best taken.
Affirming I follow my Guidance and do what is mine to do.
Continue this pattern until you know what is yours to do.
Return to your day, ready and enthusiastic.

Father Mother God
Thank you for this day. Thank you for my life.
Guide me in new ways to show love and gratitude to those around me.
Help me honor the differences between people as assets
and to see any perceived thoughts of flaws as pending and unveiling lessons
To teach and mold us all.

Become comfortable and aware of your breathing.

Tell Yourself:I will start a new life each day.

Relax your body, letting the tension and stress melt away.

Tell Yourself: I will put the old mistakes away and start anew each day

As you breath in, deeply and fully

Hold the thought:. God always offers me a fresh start.

Release your breath through your mouth

Affirming: I will not be burdened or anxious.

Allow your breathing to be steady and nourishing

Tell Yourself:I will believe I am worthy of all good and think loving thoughts of myself and others.

When you are ready and sure, gently bring this Knowing into your day.

Prayer:

God,

Fill me with a knowing you are here.

Closer than my very breath,

Bigger than every problem, challenge or fear I face.

God, stand with me, and teach me to stand in you.

Be my thoughts and guide my words,

Be my strength and guide my steps.

Let me live and breathe in the love you are,

Get into a comfortable position where you can stay quiet for a time.
Let yourself relax as you become aware of your breath.
Breathe with intention and focus
Allowing tension to release into relaxation.
Know you are safe
Know you are Love
Know that you are powerful.
Breath into these knowing thoughts
and release the lies that hide these truths.
You are safe, all will be well
You are love, nothing else serves your truth.
You are powerful, no need to be a victim.
When these truths fill you
and you are refreshed and ready
open your eyes and return to your day.

Today I would know and claim the Truth.

In a quite place, get comfortable
Become aware of your breathing, breathe porously.
Quietly enter the inner chamber within the soul,
shutting the door to the external thoughts of daily life,
Seeking conscious union with God is the highest form of meditation.
The purpose of the silence is to still the activity of the individual thought
so that the still small voice of God may be heard.
Sometimes is it a voice, that is not quiet a voice.
Sometimes it is an awareness, a feeling of Love overflowing.
However Divine consciousness manifests for you is right.
For in the silence Spirit speaks Truth to us and just that
Truth of which we stand in need.
Stay still in the silence until your being is filled.
Return to your day prayerfully.

God,

I offer myself to Thee

To build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt.
