Yesterday, we sang "My Hope Is Built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness." The last verse says, dressed in His righteousness alone, faultless to stand before His throne. My thought today was, Laura, you're not FLAWLESS, but you are FAULTLESS. I have spent so much time trying to be flawless, that I have forgotten that I am faultless and blameless before the throne of a Righteous God. He not only imparted His righteousness to me, but He imputed it to me. Imputed is a legal act that makes me justified, just as if I'd never sinned. I didn't say I was innocent, but I am not guilty in CHRIST. I gave Him my life, and He gave me His. Society today, wants you to strive to be flawless, but God wants to use us, warts and all. God wants to have communion with us, as imperfect, as we are! We have a perfect God that wants fellowship with us. Lean into His righteousness today, by faith, and remember, faith works by love. Let Jesus love you!~WOWLauraFlowers

Hebrews 4:16

Let us come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Jesus never wasted too much time defending Himself or His mission. His Kingdom was and is not of this world. He said He had to be about His Father's business, and we have to as a well. I'm not a politician, I'm not a humanitarian for the sake of just human aid. I am a Preacher and a Proclaimer of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I refuse to be caught up in any realm that takes away and distracts from Him and His message. He only, sets men free from themselves and this world system. Lay down every conspiracy theory and pet peeve, lay down every agenda, be it from the past, present or future, and receive with meekness the engrafted Word, which is able to save souls. Set your mind free, from wordly and earthly wisdom. Stop trying to prove YOUR point! Just Preach JESUS!~ WOWLaura Flowers

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for it is the Power of God unto Salvation to EVERYONE that believed, to the Jew first and then to the Greek.

Have you ever felt like God had you in a season where you're supposed to walk alone? Every comfort that anyone could ever give you, is blocked or non existence. I believe purpose is born from solitude. We know that we are never alone, He's with us always, but sometimes, He wants us to be shut in with Him. He wants us to recapture that first Love. This is what Rodger preached on Sunday.... a relationship with God, a love relationship, is what He is after, it's what we need to ask for. He won't disappoint us, humans may, and that's okay.....He won't.~WOWLaura Flowers

Matthew 28:20

20 ......... and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

When I think about the glory of God, I think of the characters in the Bible that treated it lightly. From Hezekiah to Herod.....it's a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. God doesn't share His glory. If a person tries to take God's glory, they will find out, it's actually impossible! God does not share it, neither will He hold any guiltless in this matter.~WOWLaura Flowers

Isaiah 48:11 NIV
11 For my own sake, for my own sake, I do this.
How can I let myself be defamed?
I will not yield my glory to another
