Almost 94 million people Googled the Bible verse “John 3:16” after then-University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow wore the scripture reference on his eye black during the 2009 BCS National Championship Game. Jesus told Nicodemus the greatest news that had ever been shared. The salvation that had been promised some 4000 years earlier had come. And salvation had come for whoever would believe. It doesn’t matter your past or present. It doesn’t matter where you are from or how much money you have. The Father loved His creation “so much.” It’s one thing to be loved, but it’s another to be “so loved.” You are loved! And you have been given the greatest gift in salvation. We must admit we are sinners in need of a Savior. We must confess our sin and receive the free gift of God’s love and salvation. The Son of God, Jesus Christ, came for all people, everywhere, and that includes you. He doesn’t want you to perish in Hell for eternity, and He has done everything He can to make a way for you to have everlasting life. Now it’s up to you to make a decision to receive His love and salvation through repentance and faith. Don’t wait. Choose to follow Jesus today.

What a blessing it was to watch our CGC Kids lead us in worship yesterday! ❤️

Seeing the next generation boldly praise Jesus and use their gifts for His glory is something special. We are so proud of each one of them and thankful for the families and leaders who pour into their lives.

Victory doesn’t come from our own strength, determination, or ability to overcome every obstacle. It comes from knowing who we belong to. The world constantly pulls us toward fear, doubt, and discouragement, but faith reminds us that God is greater than anything we face. Through Christ, we have already been given what we need to stand firm when life gets difficult. This doesn’t mean every battle will be easy, but it does mean we never fight alone. When we trust God more than our circumstances, we can walk in confidence instead of defeat. The same faith that saves us is the faith that carries us through each day. No matter what comes our way, God’s victory is greater than the world’s challenges.
Take time today to thank the LORD for the victory He has given us.
