Our bodies grow in proportion, not one part at a time. When growth is unbalanced, it causes problems. True growth is coordinated, supported, and in sync. Trying to rush it leads to falling behind.

What do people find when they walk through our doors? Is it just a crowd, or a true community? A performance, or a family? A place to be anonymous, or a place to be known, taught, and loved. It's about building something that can hold God's blessings.

I would love to thank the Journey Church Family for recognizing Pastor Steve and Sister Mel and me and my wife for pastors appreciation day. We love The Journey.

Wherever you are, you're not an accident. You were placed in this body, at this time, for a reason. The church is stronger, better, and the Spirit of God is moving stronger because you are here. Every person who joins makes this community more powerful.

Just like your own body, every single part of the church matters. Think about your little toe – not glamorous, but essential for balance. Paul reminds us that no part is insignificant; each contributes to the whole movement.
