Facebook Live Worship Starts at 9:50am Immanuel’s congregation has been in Edwardsville since 1859.

Since then, we have been on a continuous journey to discover who God is, and how we can better serve God’s kingdom. Everyone is always welcome and accepted when they walk through our doors. We long to share Jesus Christ with all we meet, as well as the grace we receive every day from our Heavenly Father. We follow the Great Commission from Jesus; to go and make disciples of all nations in the name

of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We can’t wait to get to know who you are, and what God has in store for you.

Lord, rest your Spirit upon us, we pray, so we may go from this worship to share your goodness and love with others. Amen.

Welcome!
On this Mother’s Day, we lift up all mothers in our prayers to God. For those who celebrate, may the day be
all you desire. For those that have lost a Mother, those that lost a child, those who long for a child, those
who choose not to be a Mother, those who have a strained relationship with a Mother, you are not
forgotten on this Mother’s day. May the Holy Spirit grant you love and peace. We rejoice in the presence of
each worshiper. Welcome, to worship!

We have an announcement for those attending church in-person on Sunday. The main heat in the church is out and can't be repaired until next week. While the temperatures are expected to be above normal during the day, the sanctuary may be chilly on Sunday morning. Because of this, you may want to dress a tad warmer than normal. Please help us spread the word as some do not have Facebook and are not on the email distribution list.

Due to the threat of inclement weather, Immanuel will be closing for the weekend of January 24th and 25th. The Sistahs'/UWF meeting scheduled for today, Saturday the 24th, and both in-person and online worship services the 25th have been cancelled.
