Christ Alive Community Church We do church differently! We seek to create a church experience that replenishes the soul. We meet for Service on Sundays @ 10:30 a.m. Christ Alive!

Community Church is a non-denomination congregation that is passionate and excited about the Good News of Jesus Christ. In a demoralized world, we bear witness to the excessive stresses and burdens placed on families today. So, we do church differently. We seek to create a church experience that replenishes the soul and revives the hope for an abundant life. With our invigorating children’s programs and intentional adult groups, we form lasting relationships that are sure to provide sustaining support through the valleys of life. Whether you’ve been thinking, praying, hoping, or looking for a place to belong, we say welcome and invite you to come join this adventure of faith.

Ephesians 6:10 and 11: "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes."
Dr. David Jeremiah reminds us that when David went out to meet Goliath King Saul dressed David in his own armor. But David took the armor off because he was not used to wearing it and approached Goliath with only his staff and his sling and five stones.

Centuries later, armor was still being used by soldiers who were preparing battle. In the first century AD, Roman soldiers wore helmets, breastplates, belts and sandals -- and carried a shield and sword. Paul made a point of saying that Christians engaging in spiritual warfare do not wear the armor of soldiers -- reminiscent of David. We fight with a different kind of armor protecting us. But Paul used the familiar image of a Roman soldier to illustrate the Christian's spiritual armor: truth, righteousness, the Gospel, faith, salvation and the Word of God.
William Gurnell wrote: "Our enemies are on every side, and so must our armor be."
