✨ ¿En dónde está tu confianza y tu fe? ✨

David nos demostró, cuando enfrentó al gigante Goliat, que su confianza estaba en Dios Todopoderoso. Él entendió que no necesitaba una armadura pesada para vencer al filisteo; solo necesitaba creer que Dios pelearía por él. 🙌

La poderosa declaración de David al decir:
“Yo vengo en el nombre de Jehová de los ejércitos” nos recuerda que la victoria viene de Dios. ❤️

Hoy, deja que el Señor pelee por ti. Cree en el Dios Todopoderoso de Israel y, así como David, vencerás a esos gigantes que se levanten contra ti✨🙏

✨ Where is your trust and your faith? ✨

David showed us, when he faced the giant Goliath, that his trust was in Almighty God. He understood that he did not need heavy armor to defeat the Philistine; he only needed to believe that God would fight for him. 🙌

David’s powerful declaration when he said,
“I come in the name of the Lord of hosts,” reminds us that victory comes from God. ❤️

Today, let the Lord fight for you. Believe in the Almighty God of Israel, and just like David, you will overcome those giants that rise up in your life. ✨🙏.

Invitamos a todos a acompañarnos este miércoles por la noche mientras profundizamos en la Palabra de Dios para hablar sobre la importancia de congregarnos como familia de la iglesia. ¡Nos necesitamos mutuamente para crecer, animarnos y fortalecernos en la fe! Estaremos estudiando Hebreos 10:24-25 y descubriendo por qué descuidar el cuerpo de Cristo no es el diseño de Dios para nosotros. ¡Fuimos creados para vivir en comunidad!

✨ ¡Feliz Viernes FBM! ✨

Hoy los invitamos a meditar en la Palabra de Dios que encontramos en Evangelio de Mateo 7:11:

📖 “Pues si vosotros, siendo malos, sabéis dar buenas dádivas a vuestros hijos, ¿cuánto más vuestro Padre que está en los cielos dará buenas cosas a los que le piden?”

💡 La palabra dádiva significa un regalo, un favor o algo bueno que se da con amor y generosidad, sin esperar nada a cambio.

Cuando la Biblia dice: “vosotros, siendo malos”, hace referencia a que, aun siendo imperfectos y cometiendo errores, buscamos cuidar, proteger y dar lo mejor a nuestros hijos.

❤️ Cuánto más Dios, nuestro Padre perfecto, nos dará amor, cuidado y bendiciones a quienes le buscamos y le obedecemos.

Today we invite you to meditate on the Word of God found in Matthew 7:11:

📖 “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask Him?”

💡 The word “gift” means something good given with love and generosity, without expecting anything in return.

When the Bible says, “being evil,” it refers to the fact that even though we are imperfect and make mistakes, we still seek to care for, protect, and give the best to our children.

❤️ How much more will God, our perfect Father, give love, care, and blessings to those who seek Him and obey Him.

He Ascended, but He Never Left Us Alone ☁️✨

After the miracle of the Resurrection, Jesus didn’t simply disappear. For 40 days He walked among us, ministering to His disciples and appearing to more than 500 eyewitnesses (1 Corinthians 15:6). He spent that precious time preparing His followers for what was to come.

Before He was taken up into the clouds, He left us with our marching orders: The Great Commission. (Matthew 28:19) 📖

The Ascension wasn't a "goodbye"; it was a "see you soon." As we look up in anticipation of our resurrected King’s return, we remember that we aren't waiting in the dark. He sent us the Holy Spirit to guide, comfort, and empower the Church to finish the work He started.

Today we celebrate the Ascension, the moment our King took His seat at the right hand of the Father, and the moment our mission truly began.

Will you join us in carrying out the Great Commission this week?

Él ascendió, pero nunca nos dejó solos ☁️✨

Después del milagro de la Resurrección, Jesús no simplemente desapareció. Durante 40 días caminó entre nosotros, ministrando a sus discípulos y apareciéndose a más de 500 testigos (1 Corintios 15:6). Él dedicó ese tiempo precioso a preparar a sus seguidores para lo que vendría.

Antes de ser elevado a las nubes, nos dejó nuestras instrucciones de marcha: La Gran Comisión (Mateo 28:19). 📖

La Ascensión no fue un "adiós"; fue un "nos vemos pronto". Mientras miramos hacia arriba con la esperanza del regreso de nuestro Rey resucitado, recordamos que no estamos esperando en la oscuridad. Él nos envió al Espíritu Santo para guiar, consolar y empoderar a la Iglesia para terminar la obra que Él comenzó.

Hoy celebramos la Ascensión: el momento en que nuestro Rey se sentó a la diestra del Padre y el momento en que nuestra misión comenzó verdaderamente.

Good morning FBM Family!☀️

Today I feel encouraged by the verse in Joshua 1:9 💪
When the Lord turns to Joshua and instructs him to “be strong and courageous”; He wasn’t simply telling him to muster up some bravery. If we look at the Hebrew word used behind the meaning, “strong” and “mighty”(chazaq), we will see that it means to stand firm, to be immovable , and is often used to describe the force of war and hardness of the heart.
“Chasaq” is not soft, it solidifies and convicts.
So, from this, we can conclude that Joshua isn’t told to just feel confident, he is being told to anchor himself to the Lord, who is “chasaq”, the Lord who’s purposes are set in stone, and never waiver.
What we can take from this is that God isn’t asking us to be more or try harder. All He ask is that we trust in Him, be firmly planted in Him, so much so that nothing will move or waiver us.

Hoy me anima el versículo de Josué 1:9 💪

Cuando el Señor se vuelve hacia Josué y le indica que "sea fuerte y valiente"; No le estaba diciendo simplemente que reuniera algo de valentía. Si miramos la palabra hebrea utilizada detrás del significado, "fuerte" y "poderoso" (chazaq), veremos que significa mantenerse firme, ser inmóvil, y a menudo se usa para describir la fuerza de la guerra y la dureza del corazón.

"Chasaq" no es suave, se solidifica y convence.

Entonces, a partir de esto, podemos concluir que a Joshua no se le dice que solo se sienta seguro, se le dice que se ancle al Señor, que es "chasaq", el Señor cuyos propósitos están grabados en piedra, y nunca renuncia.

Lo que podemos tomar de esto es que Dios no nos está pidiendo que seamos más o que nos esfuercemos más. Todo lo que Él pide es que confiemos en Él, que estemos firmemente plantados en Él, tanto que nada se mueva o renuncie a nosotros.

We will see how Nehemiah and the people faced intense opposition by holding a building tool in one hand and a weapon in the other.
