My latest pours for some razor handles that will make great Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers. The Alumilite clear epoxy mixed with a custom pearl ex color combination was poured into a pen blank mold with dried cactus skeletons from the deep brush country of South Texas, turned and wet sanded for a glossy finish

Throwing a little shavings this week getting some orders out and building stock for the upcoming turkey season. Custom pots and strikers, each one stacked with slate over glass and specifically tuned.

It's like Christmas at Banded Drake, few more things to organize and it's time to start kicking out turkey pot calls. Played with the new toys this evening for their trial run and dropped the first pot in the teak bath

Slowly getting into the new workshop. Half the work benches done with custom drawer, all tools have been moved in and set and slowly getting things organized with the french cleats. Will be turning turkey pot calls very soon to get ready for the upcoming season!!

Wood chips are flying, we're in full turkey mode rolling pots and strikers off the lathe.

Here we have a Bois D'arc pot with matching striker handle on a crystal acrylic striker. This call has it all with the slate surface and glass sound board, it will range from loud and clear to a subtle tone. More acrylic strikers to come in the future.

Also have a Walnut pot also featuring a slate playing surface with a glass sound board. Matching striker from handle to tip, this call is perfect for those up close and personal timber hunts.
