Due to recent winter weather and extremely cold temperatures, our parking lot is completely iced over. For the safety of our church family, services are cancelled for today.

We truly hate to miss gathering together, but your safety is our priority. We hope to see everyone again very soon once conditions improve.

What a special Sunday! Today we had the joy of dedicating sweet Saylor Wesley Mayes to the Lord.
We’re so thankful for this precious girl and her family — and excited to watch her grow in faith surrounded by her church family. 🌸🙏

We had a member go down in the water in the name of JESUS today, so it was a very blessed Sunday at the house of prayer! Congrats to Tim Sanders on making this step, may god bless you! Bro. Phil asked today in his message how many of our members had been baptized in Jesus name, almost all of our members stood. We love what god is doing in our church! ❤️

Our hearts are heavy today with the passing of one of the founders to the House of Prayer church, Sister Pauline Elmore. She has always dedicated her life fully to the lord, and has always been the perfect example of what living a good Christian life should be. There is so many great things about this woman, and I could go on and on about how blessed we have been at our church for having her guidance and illustration all these years. Although our hearts hurt, we also rejoice for the homecoming they are having in heaven today, and we are thankful for the peace that has been given to her. We ask that you remember the families in prayer for the days to come. We love you Sister Elmore, Mom, and granny. 💛
