It’s not just right for awakening, we need an awakening,” Lindy Conant told Fox News.

Acts 4:33 "and with great power the apostles were giving witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus and abundant GRACE was upon them all."

Acts 6:8. "And Stephen, full of GRACE and power, was performing great wonders and signs among the people."

Ephesians 4:7 "But to each one of us GRACE was given according to the measure of Christ's gift."

God's grace, His favor, His pleasure, His presence is upon us, enabling us to BE like Him. The measure of Christ's gift to us is greater than we can measure. His love for us is greater than we can comprehend. His sacrifice for the sin of the world is greater than we will ever know. The bigness of the gift of His life for us, is the measure of His abounding grace that He has lavished upon us. That's a lot of grace. He has graced us because He loves us. Letting His love and His grace permeate our souls allows us to fellowship with Him. Letting His love and grace permeate our souls allows us to love others with His love. What we saw taking place in the book of Acts, was people who came to know Jesus were continuing to love others the way Jesus loved. The result was salvation, freedom, healing, signs and wonders. The kingdom of heaven was being preached and advanced and many were being added. The message was the GRACE of Jesus Christ. His GRACE, poured out. The result was His power to save, heal and set people free. His GRACE and His power are the same yesterday, today and forever. Let's live in it.

Acts 4:29b-31. ...grant that Thy bond-servants may speak Thy word with all confidence, while Thou dost extend Thy hand to heal and signs and wonders take place through the name of Thy holy servant Jesus. And when they had prayed the place where they had gathered was shaken and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak the word of God with boldness.

After the religious rulers had threatened Peter and John concerning preaching in the name of Jesus, their response was to return to the other believers, reporting to them and praying together that God would continue to show His power as they continued to tell people of the risen Christ. They prayed together and the place was shaken by the power of God. They were filled with the Holy Spirit, resulting in fresh anointing and boldness. All of these had previously been filled with the Holy Spirit but as they prayed, they were filled again. The Holy Spirit didn't leave them but responded with a fresh anointing. They were refreshed to continue to preach Jesus. They continued to see His power manifested in healing and signs and wonders. A fresh anointing from the Spirit is important and available to us. As we press Into His presence in prayer, worship, meditation, etc., we should expect a fresh anointing. We need fresh manna, fresh revelation, fresh filling each day. His mercies are new every morning. God has a refreshing in His Spirit for us today. Run into it. Expect it. Live in it. Enjoy His presence. FRESH FILLING, FRESH ANOINTING

Acts 4:11-13. Jesus Christ is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the very corner stone. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were marveling and began to recognize them as HAVING BEEN WITH JESUS.

Peter and John were being questioned by the rulers, scribes and elders of the Jewish nation, because of the notable miracles that were taking place in the name of Jesus. Peter describes Jesus as the stone that was rejected by the leaders, which became the cornerstone, the only source of salvation, the only name under heaven that by which salvation comes. Peter is speaking Truth and quoting from the scriptures and dumbfounding the leadership. They couldn't understand how uneducated men could speak with such authority. Then they answered their own question, "they recognized them as having been with JESUS". Peter and John had learned from Jesus but, more importantly, they now had the Spirit of Christ living in them. They were with Jesus everyday. They were hearing Him speak to them and lead them. They were seeing His power move through them. They had boldness and confidence because they knew the Truth, the Truth lived in them. The Truth set them free.

The Truth lives in us. He speaks to us, leads us, empowers us, gives us confidence and sets us free. The Truth is the truth, unchangeable, without doubt, set in stone, the cornerstone, JESUS. He lives in us and through us.

Truthfully,

Acts 3:8,16.
And with a leap he stood upright and began to walk and he entered the temple with them, walking and leaping and praising God........And on the basis of faith in His name, it is the name of Jesus which has strengthened this man whom you see and know; and the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.

Peter and John and many others had received the Holy Spirit and were walking in a state of spiritual excitement. Their spirits had come alive by the Holy Spirit and they were experiencing the presence of God from within them for the first time. They were FILLED with the Holy Spirit! They felt full. They knew they were full. It was now a natural response to overflow on others with healing and proclaiming the Truth about Jesus.

When they saw the lame man begging they gave to him what they had, healing, in the name of Jesus. They were really aware that it was God at work through them. It was faith in His name, faith that comes through Him, faith that had been given to them and was now activated through the Holy Spirit in them. They had seen what Jesus did, healing them all. They had a natural response, imitating Him, to heal as He did.

God healed the lame man, through people filled with His Spirit. We are filled. If we are feeling full sometimes determines our response when we see a need. Since we are full, living in an awareness and excitement of His Spirit in us will have us ready to overflow on others that cross our path; just like Jesus.

Fully in Him, Him fully in us,
