Well a BIG and WARM HOWDY to you and you and YOU!
Life has definitely been an adventure over the last few years and I had to step away and spend time diving deeper with God. It is one thing to know OF Him.. but another to be completely submersed in His presence.
I am excited that God has allowed me the opportunity to continue along with this ministry. I do not know what all the Lord has planned for this group.... but I can say without a doubt, it's gonna be b-e-a-utiful!! He is the God of renewal and purpose. I am happy you are here and tagging along for this adventure! Stay tuned to see what exciting things happen as we grow into a strong, supportive group of women who help carry each-others day to day burdens.

You were made by the very same God that formed Eve out of a rib. The same God who gave a WOMAN instructions to lead men in a military desicions!! Talking about you Deborah!! The same God who breathed life into woman after woman. The same God who knew you in the womb and knew the number of hairs on your head. God breathed life into YOU. You are not here by accident. God said "Hey, the world needs a YOU!" and then he spent time forming you and loving you. Go easy on yourself as you have never lived this journey before.

Help stop the negative stigma behind seeking mental help. You aren't "less than." You aren't "less of a Christian" and you certainly aren't separated from God and his Kingdom.

God has an army of angels around us, who knows... maybe your therapist is exactly who God placed in your life for that time.

(Loneliness) has a name
(Heart disease) has a name
(Stroke) has a name
(Mental Illness) has a name
(*insert your personal struggle here*) HAS A NAME AND MUST BOW WHEN THE NAME OF JESUS IS SAID.

Take peace knowing that Jesus sees you, He sees your struggles and He is walking this battle along side.

Commit to praying for a woman in your life for the next 30 days and watch God move mountains!!

Who could you pray for?
- Your Mom
- Your Friend
- The Cashier Who Has A Sad Glow About Her..
- Your Teacher
- Your Hairdresser
- Your Bible Study Leader
- Someone you recently read about.. or heard about...

Your prayer doesn't have to be big and fancy... it could be something as simple as:

"Lord, please give the cashier at Walmart a fantastic experience today so she knows how appreciated and loved she is."

"Lord, please let my sister-in-law feel your presence today."

"Lord, please meet the needs of my hairdresser today."

"Lord, please let the children in my child's class sit and listen to their teacher today... she is already stressed out... please help them give her a great day!"

Gasp! A devoted Christian who isn't perfect!? 😳😱
You're a pastor!! You have lied!!!??? Sure... I've seen the phone ringing and ignored it to only say I was busy... lies... I was watching Netflix and didn't have the mental energy to handle the call... why didn't I just say that?

When someone gets snippy with me. My flesh says *oh, you've chosen to battle.*

When I've taught my child 50 million times how to multiply decimals and he still has issues I get frustrated and have little to no compassion or patience.

You guys... when we say "nobody is perfect, we all sin.."
Yeah, we really mean that... I constantly ask God why He allowed me to be in a leadership position since I'm a big screw up... He replays with:
"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
(Jeremiah 29:11)

I have a new saying that is encouraging and reminds me that I'm still loved and sought after by Jesus...

"I caught an attitude... but that just means Jesus isn't done with me yet!!"

"Oh, my thoughts were impure when he walked by.... thank you Jesus for not being done with me yet!"

Gist of the story is...

We will sin right up until the day we die. No matter how good you try and be... so cut yourself some slack and realize that you won't lose Jesus' love because of a screw up or even multiple ones!!! We all have those days... you are NOT any less of a Christian or any less LOVED and VALUED because of a fleshly screw up.

I pray this helps you find peace and feel loved in the Lord today. ♡♡♡
