Update from Fr. Kumar

Fr. Kumar writes: The children are getting anxious to begin school again. I would like to send pictures however we are having communication problems due to the high heat during the day. It is very difficult to sit inside the building some times. The cell phones need to be switch off because of the heat. Only in the night I have to sit in the top of my building for cool air. This year we are facing a water shortage and the mineral water plant is helping us with good drinking water.

Fr. Kumar writes: Dear Friends,
In our state Andhra Pradesh the primary education schools are reopened after the summer holidays. It's almost 15 days that the schools are working. Fr. Balaraj and myself are busy in distributing books and school supplies and making arrangements for the high school students (6-10th) to attend their village schools. The Children's Home is ready and inviting the children to stay and study. It takes time for all the children to come back. We are trying our best to make this Children's Home comfortable and feel at home for the children so they will have a safe place to stay when their parents migrate out of the area looking for work. Hope to send pictures soon but we are still having internet problems.
