Ladies of the church, with friends, were treated to a luncheon, at Cracker Barrel, by the CWF. Devotion was given by Sharon DiNardo and the blessing was given by Susan VanLeeuwen. After a fun time with the Chinese Gift Exchange, we ate and enjoyed the company of our "sisters".

Pastor Eric and Susan have a new title "GRANDPARENTS"!!!!! of a beautiful little girl. Mckenna Esther van Leeuwen arrived a little earlier than expected on October 5th at 10:25 pm, weighing in at almost 11 pounds. Mother, baby, and family are all doing well. Thank you, Lord. 🩷🧸🩷🧸🩷

Edinburg Christian Church, along with Zion Christian Church, invite you to attend their Holy Week Services. ZCC will be hosting the Maundy Thursday service at 7:00 pm, Good Friday Service will be held at ECC at 6:00 pm. Easter Sunrise service will be at Zion C.C. at 7:00 am with a light breakfast being served. At 9:30 am Edinburg will have its traditional Easter Service. We hope to see many of you at these services as we rejoice in His amazing grace.

ECC held their traditional Old Time Service, during the Edinburg Festival. Some favorite old hymns such as: "I Know My Redeemer Liveth", "Have Thine On Way, Lord", and "I Love To Tell The Story" were sung, with the men sitting on the right side and women on the left. The choir ( Eric & Susan vanLeuwen, Tom & Sharon DiNardo, Bill Wetzel and Ann Youell),accompanied by Nancy Jean Tisinger, sang "Down to the River to Pray". We wish Bonnie Painter a Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary wishes go out to Bill & Polly Wetzel. Our very own Ronnie Sheetz was Grand Marshall this year. Brad Dellinger won the bed race and, Randy Huffman was 2nd in the beard contest. Congratulations, fellas!

Aug. 11 ECC hosted the District Picnic at the Edinburg Park. At last count, there were 84 attending for wonderful fellowship, delightful music (Sharon, Emily, Susan and Ann had a singalong going on), and, of course, enough delicious food to feed an army. I know Mike Kline was on grill duty and Bill Wetzel was making sure everything went according to plan. A huge THANK YOU to all who helped make this a huge success.
