Happy 6 year anniversary, Blaze youth Ministry!!!! We celebrated tonight at our home with current and past Blaze members. We ate food, reminisced with photos and our favorite memories, and played games together. It was wonderful evening of celebration, we are thankful for the Lord keeping our group growing for 6 years!🙌🎉🎊🎈♥️

Our Bring a friend to Blaze youth event was a success!

We had new 6 friends plus 9 of our own members join us for games, food, a message from our very own Vanessa, testimonies from various Blaze members of how the group impacted their lives and we answered several questions.

So grateful to Deacon Jeff & Tracy and Elder Joyce for providing delicious sandwiches, chips and drinks for us an stayed to hang out with us! Yay! GO BLAZE!!!

Both Blaze youth ministry groups have been working hard tonight to make cookies for our bake sale fundraiser tomorrow!

Our bake sale is happening tomorrow,
Saturday, March 1st from 10:30am-2:30pm
next to the Wholesome Foods in Woodstock,VA. We will have chocolate chip, oatmeal and s’mores cookies and brownies!

Moving from 2024 to 2025 with Blaze has been wonderful! We ended 2024 with a Christmas party with food, gifts and karaoke!

2025 began with both Blaze groups focusing and taking serious the call to “Take City, Take the land, it’s time to expand” in their personal relationship with God and their realm of influence. January and February have been all about creating a habit of prayer, word and worship with our middle school group and diving into a deep study of the disciples and discipleship training with our high school group! Both groups plans to serve the community this year and expand the group through building relationships, it’s going to be a monumental year!!!

Tonight, the older Blaze group gathered to watch The Case for Christ, the incredible true story of journalist Lee Strobel’s journey from atheist to believer. We discussed apologetics and the importance of being able to answer questions and defend our faith. We ended out the night with celebrating Dr. Laura’s birthday with cake and creating a Blaze ministry original song!

🔥5 YEARS OF BLAZE YOUTH MINISTRY!!!🔥

Happy anniversary to Blaze youth Ministry-5 years of Transforming youth & Igniting nations!!!

Blaze Youth Ministry started 5 years ago when our daughter came to us with a desire to meet with other like minded teenagers to learn, grow and support each other. Kamran and I saw the same thing and we started Blaze youth! We have had many changes over the years and ups and downs, but Blaze Youth still remains a place where middle school and high school youth can come together to learn about God & His word, grow in their spiritual walk, be supported and be connected to other like minded youth their age….And..have so much fun!
We are so proud of our current and former Blaze members, who have grown in the Lord and are doing incredible things! Many of our former members serve at PTGI, are pursuing their college education, have gotten married or are soon to get married! We love you all and we can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for Blaze next!

To celebrate we had an incredible night of food, games and lots of fun!!! Blaze members played games organized by our own Shifa Gill, including trivia, drawing, rapping Bible verses, picking up skittles with chopsticks, karaoke and a grand finale of jaw dropping performances! We had the best time ever!!!!🔥♥️🎉🎤🙌
