🚨Set your reminder! Registration for Mom’s Morning at CPC opens on Wednesday, July 27 at 9:00AM. To ensure a spot in childcare we strongly recommend signing up as soon as possible (by August 3rd). We are so excited for this year and hope to see you there!

Our theme this year is BEAUTY IN THE ORDINARY—finding God in the small and ordinary moments of life. In today's world, we often find ourselves waiting for the exciting, the entertaining, and the highlight reel worthy moments. However, we experience His goodness, His faithfulness and His beauty in the most mundane tasks and in the smallest moments of our everyday life. We invite you to come together so we can be honest and real, to lean on each other and find God’s grace every day. Let's surrender “perfect” to really live this lovely, hard, imperfect, beautifully ordinary life together and know that we are enough in Him.♥️

Can you believe it’s the last Large Group on Wednesday?! With that being said, you don’t want to miss it! Monica Ritchie from will be speaking on Our Identity in Christ. There will also be a few FUN SURPRISES!!✨

Monica is a Minnesota Wife & Momma, born and raised in the Twin Cities. Monica writes faith based lifestyle content for her blog PineappleMomma.com. She also writes and speaks uplifting faith encouragement segments on-air for local Christian radio station 98.5 KTIS & Faith Radio that airs throughout the US. She is currently pursuing her Masters in a Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary.

Monica is 100% solar powered and in her free time enjoys staying active with golfing, hiking and boating with her family.

We are so so excited to welcome Shug Bury at Large Group on Wednesday! Ladies, you don’t want to miss this speaker!!

Shug Bury is the Founder and President of HIM4Her Ministries. HIM4Her has five initiatives empowering women to rise up and live a victorious life.

She is the host of a weekly radio show on Salem Network called HIM4Her RADIO: WOMEN’S HOT TOPICS. Her show can then be heard on any podcast platform. She reminds us: “In an upside-down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, we tell it like it is! No topic is off limits.” She discusses women’s hot topics of today with guests from around the nation. Shug is a national key-note speaker with Prison Fellowship Ministries, national speaker at women’s conferences and an evangelist who feels right at home in the middle of the darkest prisons of the world. The stories she shares of God’s power will astound you!

We are thrilled that Mauri Friestleben, current principal at Minneapolis North Community High School and former principal at Lucey Laney Community School which was featured in the documentary "Love them First," is speaking at Large Group this Wednesday. Mauri will be doing a Q&A session with our community, if you have any questions send them our way.

We are also excited to hear from Annalise Butler as she shares her faith story!

This week Steph Thurling, co-founder of Raising Prayerful Kids, will be discussing faith formation at home. Did you know that research tells us that it is parents and the home that are the main indicators of whether or not a child grows up with a lasting faith? This can feel daunting! How can we, as parents, incorporate prayer and faith at home without it feeling like one more thing to add to our already impossible to-do list?

Prayer can easily be incorporated into everyday activities as a way to connect with God and each other as a family, we just have to think outside the box a bit! By sharing personal stories and practical ideas, Steph will show us how our families can be praying together in a meaningful way more often.

We can wait for this Wednesday as we welcome Lynne Jackson from Connected Families and Abby Banks as she shares her faith story!

Lynne is an occupational therapist, a parent coach, speaker, and author. She states, “I had the perfectly organized life, conveniently stashing all my “issues” under the rug. But our three intense kids pulled that rug right out from under me! God’s grace-filled truth about myself and my children changed my life.” Join her as you learn to look at yourself and your children with God’s transforming grace and truth!
