gation, which means that we welcome into the full life and ministry of the church people of all sexual orientations and gender identities, with the people they love. Our purpose is “sharing the joy of Christ’s love by welcoming and serving”. We have an active Sunday School, Jr/Sr high youth activities, and adult education. We work with United Seminary, New Brighton to train church leaders. Our music staff is exceptional with bell choir and vocal choirs for adults, youth and children. Our primary worship style is traditional, but we try different formats, including blended worship with orchestral instruments. Our pastor provides thoughtful, biblically sound preaching and worship leadership. Our Edina Morningside Preschool has operated since 1937, making it the oldest continuously-running preschool in Minnesota. In addition, we serve the community through Meals on Wheels, Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative, VEAP, sending members on local, national and international service-learning trips, and financially supporting various outreach partners.
