Do you ever feel like your brain is way too busy? Feel like you need a break?

Do you ever feel like you need to go to your nothing place…where you think about…nothing?

That was me yesterday. So what did I do ?

Got on my tractor and mowed a few acres of grass! One of my favorite escapes!

If you are on the struggle bus right now, make every effort to get yourself out of the house.

Walk your dog.

Walk yourself.

Garden.

Fish.

Walk to the chair on the porch.

Any way you can get your weary body moving will help you in so many ways.

Good chemical stuff happens when you exercise. Look it up or just trust me!

You don’t need a tractor to enjoy the sunshine and grab some endorphins!

Confirmation was celebrated on Pentecost Sunday and Brianna Silva-Bautista, Brenda Silva-Bautista and Cristian Eduardo Melchor-Terrones joyfully received the sacrament!
