OBC GriefShare is tonight and we will be in session 3 titled “Life After Your Loss”. We will discuss;
1. Making meaningful connections eases loneliness.
2. Sadness lessens as you make adjustments in your life.
3. How to draw closer to God when sadness overcomes us.

We meet tonight at Osborne Baptist Church in Eden. 6:00-7:30pm. Come around to the back of the church and look for the blue GriefShare sign. Everyone is welcome and all resources are provided.

OBC GriefShare is meeting tonight 6-7:30 pm. At the church. We are in session 2 titled “Your Grief Journey”.
We will discuss:
1. How your circumstances affect your grief.
2. There are different ways of grieving.
3. The ambushes, and the back and forth nature of the grief journey.

Everyone is welcome so feel free to bring a friend. You don’t have to say or do anything, just come and listen.

A new session of GriefShare starts this Monday evening, offering hope and healing. We cordially invite you to join us at 6pm if you or someone you know is navigating the journey of grief. Everyone is welcome, so feel free to bring a friend. All necessary resources are provided. GriefShare is a place where no one desires to be, but when you're grieving it's the best place to be. I can attest to this from my own personal experience. GriefShare is where I discovered my own healing. At GriefShare, you will encounter a remarkably loving and kind group of individuals who become like family. GriefShare is a safe and confidential environment. Please be assured that what is shared within GriefShare remains confidential. You are under no obligation to share your thoughts if you're not ready, so don't hesitate to join us.

Tonight we are in session 6 and it’s titled “Anger”. Life isn’t fair and grief makes it harder. Anger is a part of grief. Tonight we will learn how to process our grief in a healthy way. We will learn in our session tonight;
1. Anger can give you the energy you need to make changes.
2. Anger is powerful, but Gos can help you manage it.
3. Forgiveness is very important for you and your relationships.

OBC GriefShare meets Monday nights 6:00 - 7:30 at the church. Come around to the back of the building and look for the blue GriefShare signs. Everyone is welcome so feel free to bring a friend. OBC GriefShare is a safe place, what is said in GriefShare stays in GriefShare and you don’t have to say a word if you are not ready.

Tonight we’re in session 5 titled “Fearful and Overwhelmed.” When we’re navigating our grief journey, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed and uncertain about the future, wondering, “what if I never feel like me again?” , “What is my future going to be like?” These are natural responses to our grief, and it’s okay to feel this way. Come to Griefshare tonight and you’ll discover empowering ways to help you cope and rise above your grief. Having a plan can be a powerful tool to prevent feeling overwhelmed. OBC GriefShare is a safe haven where you can openly share, cry, laugh, and find comfort in knowing that what is said in GriefShare stays in GriefShare. We start at 6pm and usually finish up by 7:30. Everyone is welcome, and all resources are provided.

I’m so happy to announce, OBC GriefShare is on for tonight!
Tonight we will be in Session 4 Titled “Self Care”. You’ll learn ways to take care of yourself while you are grieving. We will learn;
1. Healthy ways to take care of yourself.
2. Numbing your pain with unhealthy behaviors hinders your progress.
3. How to build a relationship with God.
