Foundations: Building a Life That Lasts
Every strong building begins with a solid foundation and your spiritual life is no different.

Foundations is a seven-week discipleship course designed to establish believers in the essential truths of God’s Word found in Hebrews 6:1–2. Whether you are a new believer taking your first steps of faith or a longtime Christian seeking to strengthen your walk with God, this course will help you build a life that can withstand every season.

Throughout this journey, you’ll discover what it means to build your life on Jesus Christ through seven foundational doctrines:

Foundations – Why everything begins with Jesus Christ.

Repentance from Dead Works – Turning from sin and self to wholehearted surrender to God.

Faith Toward God – Learning to trust God’s Word and live by faith.

Baptisms – Understanding biblical baptism in water, the infilling of the Holy Spirit, and God’s transforming work in our lives.

Laying on of Hands – Discovering biblical authority, spiritual impartation, healing, and commissioning.

Resurrection of the Dead – Living with the hope of Christ’s return and the promise of eternal life.

Eternal Judgment – Developing an eternal perspective that shapes how we live today.

This is what the Kingdom looks like.

Today, we were blessed as Lakeside Church at Lake Oconee generously donated chairs to Bible Fellowship Church.

In a world that often celebrates competition, the Kingdom celebrates cooperation. Healthy churches don’t compete, they complete one another. We’re all serving the same Savior, building the same Kingdom, and reaching people with the same Gospel.

These aren’t just chairs. They’re a reminder that when God’s people walk in generosity, humility, and unity, lives are changed. Every person who sits in one of these chairs will have the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Thank you, Lakeside Church, Pastor Kevin Magness and Carol Ann Guthrie for your kindness and your Kingdom-minded heart. Your generosity will impact countless lives for years to come.

📣 Church Family Reminder! 🌊

There will be no regular Wednesday night service tonight as we wrap up an incredible week of Mission: Deep Sea VBS!

Join us for our final night of VBS as we celebrate everything God has done this week! We can’t wait to see all of our kids, families, volunteers, and guests for one last exciting evening filled with worship, fun, and the Word.

🕕 VBS begins at 6:00 PM (check-in starts at 5:45 PM).

Let’s finish the week strong and celebrate the life-changing work God is doing in the next generation! 💙

1,500 ears of corn later… 🌽❤️

What an incredible day at our first annual Corn Shuck’n at Bible Fellowship Church!

Today wasn’t just about processing corn, it was about connecting generations. Grandparents, parents, teenagers, and children stood shoulder to shoulder, laughing, working, sharing stories, and creating memories that will last far longer than the harvest.

Together we shucked 1,500 ears of corn, but even more importantly, we strengthened friendships, built community, and continued a tradition we’re already looking forward to next year.

A huge THANK YOU to every volunteer who gave their time, every family who came out, and everyone who helped make this event such a success. Your willingness to serve is what makes Bible Fellowship so special.

There’s something beautiful about working together. It’s a reminder that the greatest harvest has always been about people.

Here’s to making memories, preserving traditions, and continuing to connect generations.
