Compassion Camp Day 3- Housing Justice Matthew 25:40: "The King will reply, 'Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.'" Everyone deserves a home but this is not the case for many of God's children. We made blessing bags filled with hats, water and easy food for those in need we find on our path. We made welcome home flower pots for families getting new homes from the Home is the Heart Foundation. Enjoyed delicious creative snacks and wonderfully cool water games!

Compassion Camp-Day 2- Environmental justice-Hosea 4:3: When people sin and ignore justice, the environment suffers too. This leads to the "mourning" of the land, the animals, and the fish.
We talked about our earth, and how it provides us with oxygen, water and everything we need. Our job is to help take care of it. We sat in nature and looked for little gifts given by God such as leaves and pine cones and beautiful stones. We made seed bombs to plant and Thanked God for the beauty of the Earth. Compassion Camp Day 1- Animal Justice- Psalm 104:24 "How many are your works Lord! In wisdom you made them all, the earth is full of your creatures." We learned that God made man the caretaker of all the animals. We learned about service animals from Kenji and made dog treats for the humane society.
