Macomb County Ministerial Alliance Executive Board
Statement of Concern and Prayer

To the Residents and Families of Mount Clemens and Macomb County,

The Executive Board of the Macomb County Ministerial Alliance extends our heartfelt prayers and sincere concern to all those affected by the tragic shooting that occurred this past weekend in the City of Mount Clemens.

As pastors and faith leaders, we are deeply saddened whenever violence disrupts the peace and well-being of our communities. We lift up in prayer those who were injured, their families, first responders, healthcare professionals, witnesses, and all who have been emotionally impacted by this heartbreaking event. We pray that God's presence will bring comfort, healing, strength, and hope to everyone affected.

In times like these, we are reminded of the importance of standing together as a community. We encourage our residents, churches, civic leaders, law enforcement, schools, and community organizations to continue working together to foster peace, provide support for those in need, and create environments where every person can live without fear.

The Macomb County Ministerial Alliance remains committed to serving our communities through prayer, compassion, collaboration, and outreach. Together, we believe that healing, reconciliation, and unity are possible as we seek God's guidance and extend His love to one another.

"The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." β€” Psalm 34:18 (KJV)

May God bless and strengthen every person affected by this tragedy and continue to watch over the City of Mount Clemens and all of Macomb County.

With prayers for healing, peace, and unity,

Macomb County Ministerial Alliance

As we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and justice, we are reminded of the words of Jesus: "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends" (John 15:13). Today, we honor the courage, service, and selfless devotion of those who gave their lives for others.
