Easter Flowers for the Sanctuary

We invite you to help beautify our Sanctuary for Easter Sunday.

You can participate by:
1. Make a donation. Forms available in the Gathering Room.
2. Order Flowers to take home after there service or share with someone special.

Easter Lilies: $19 each
Tulips: $15.99 each (white, red, orange, pink, yellow and lavender)

All orders must be received by Sunday, March 22, 2026

Beginning Garden Seminar and Luncheon
Please save the date and join us on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 12:30 pm- 3pm for a Soup/Bread Luncheon and Seminar on Beginning Gardening. The Mission Committee, along with the PCE Community Gardeners and Talbot Green Hands will be hosting the event.

The luncheon is free and being provided by the ladies of the Mission Committee and Talbot Green Hands members. There will be a donation basket.

The seminar is being provided by Master Gardener Mikaela Boley of the University of Maryland Extension Agency. There will also be "tricks and tips" offered by Shelly Reel, our "in-house" Master Gardener.

Hoagie Sale
The annual hoagie sale will be on Saturday, March 7th and Sunday, March 8th.
Deadline for ordering is March 1st.
Order forms available on the table in the Gathering Room or call the church at 410-822-3324.
Hoagies are $9.00 each.
Pickup times are after 11 a.m. on Saturday and after church on Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

We had the pleasure of having Rev. Sally Willis-Watkins as our guest Worship Leader this past Sunday. Sally is a new member of the New Castle Presbytery, having recently moved here with her husband from Southern California.A native Wilmingtonian, Sally is back in Delaware after a 40 year absence.

Giving Tree 2025 Update
We received $650 for our international Christmas mission, The Giving Tree. These funds will be divided among 3 areas: Equipment for digging and distributing clean water for a village, chickens for a women's project in Malawi to fight AIDS, and money to help educate refugee children. Thank you to all that contributed. ❤️

Every effort will be made to hold worship services during the winter months. There may be Sundays when everyone's safety requires that we close the building. Leadership will make the decision as early as possible and make the information available on Facebook, PCE website, (pceaston.com), the local radio station (97.7FM WCEI), and the church phone message (410-822-3324).
