to learn proper technic's. Started with cleaning the family plot in our local cemetery.

Francis L. Thomas. Was born on May 24th, 1924 to Wilbert & Viola Thomas. He served in WWII in the US Army, from 3/12/1943 to 12/28/1945. Francis was married to Mary Lou. He pasted away on 10/30/1979.

Willoughby Henry Zimmerman was born in November 1841, in Pennsylvania, to Henry & Julia (Kelchner) Zimmerman. He is 1 of 6 children. Henry served in the Civil War. He married Eva L. Proctor. They had 2 children Leroy W. Zimmerman & Inez M. Zimmerman. He lived in Summit, Crawford, Pennsylvania, United States in 1880 and Springfield Township, Erie, Pennsylvania, United States in 1900. He passed away in 1928. He is buried in Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, PA.

Lindsley family plot. Before and after pics of cleaning.

Judah Lindsley was born 1775 in Bristol, Hartford, Connecticut, British Colonial America. He married Sarah Smith. She was born in 1784 Massachusetts, United States. Judah died 1857 in East Springfield, Pennsylvania & Sarah died 1870 in East Springfield, Pennsylvania. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania.

They had 5 children.

S. Harriet was born 1816 and died 1843. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Cemantha was born 1818 and died 1857. Burial at Erie Cemetery, Erie, Pennsylvania. She married Samuel Rea,he was born 1819 and died 1898. Burial at Erie Cemetery, Erie, Pennsylvania,

Cyrenus was born 1820 New York and died 1906. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania. He married Belvia Ivory born 1818 New York and died Erie, Pennsylvania 1899. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania. Marcus F. 1852 - 1853 is buried next to them at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Benjamin F. was born 1825 and died 1847. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania.

Almira was born 1828 and died 1847. Burial at Springfield Cemetery, East Springfield, Pennsylvania.

While at the Springfield Cemetery, I was approached about tidying up this headstone. I was so grateful to have this opportunity. Before, during, and after pics.

Hannah Wife of E. Knapp. She was born in 1800 and pasted 1880. Hannah is laid to rest in Springfield Cemetery in East Springfield PA.. I was unable to find out any information on her prior to posting these pictures.

I have been busy this week at Springfield Cemetery, in East Springfield PA. I started on Wednesday cleaning the Gulliford monument with the new Endurance Gravestone & Monument Cleaner from Atlas Preservation . I can't wait to see the transformation that will take place as the cleaner will still be working. As time passes it will start to look whiter and whiter. Today I worked on leveling a few of the headstones. I was chased off by the heat. It was really hot, it reached 88°F. I'll be going back soon to do some more work to finish this plot up!
