The men and women of Our Brothers' Keepers of Southern Illinois can sign up to get a free bike, helmet and lock when they do their intake.

One gentleman today told me he has a job at the Belleville Boot Company. He gets off the Metrolink at SWIC and rides the two miles to work on his bike as Belleville Boot is not on a bus route.

THIS is a prime example of why these bikes are so important!
