🩸 One hour. One donation. Countless lives changed.

On Tuesday, June 23, Willow Hill is partnering with ImpactLife to help meet a critical need in our community by hosting a blood drive from 2:30–6:00pm. Every donation has the potential to help local patients facing surgery, illness, trauma, and emergencies—and your gift could be the one that makes all the difference.

If you're able, consider giving this simple gift of hope and healing. Register today at www.bloodcenter.org, scan the QR code on our event information, or call 1-800-747-5401 to reserve your appointment.

Thank you for helping us love our neighbors in such a tangible way. Together, we can make a life-saving impact, one donation at a time.

The Truth About Suffering That Most People Never Hear:

If God is good, why is there so much pain in the world?

That's one of the biggest questions people ask—and one of the biggest lessons we learn from the story of Esther.

God doesn't cause evil, suffering, or brokenness. We live in a world where pain is real, choices have consequences, and brokenness ripples through our lives. But the incredible news of Scripture is that God doesn't abandon us in those moments.

Instead, God steps into our broken stories and begins weaving redemption, hope, and new life.

Just as God used Esther's courage to turn the tide against evil, God is still at work today—bringing light into darkness and hope into places that feel impossible.

Maybe your story isn't over yet.

Watch this short message and be reminded that God is still writing redemption into the middle of brokenness.

🔎 The Bible's Best-Kept Secrets? | Life Lessons from the Lesser Known:

Some of the most powerful stories in Scripture are the ones we rarely talk about.

This summer, we're uncovering forgotten stories, revealing hidden truths, and discovering life-changing lessons that have been hiding in plain sight all along.

From unlikely heroes and overlooked leaders to outsiders, encouragers, and ordinary people God used in extraordinary ways, Life Lessons from the Lesser Known explores the stories of some of the Bible's most fascinating—and often forgotten—figures.

What can Gideon, Deborah, Rahab, Barnabas, and others teach us about courage, faith, leadership, humility, encouragement, and trusting God in uncertain times?

Grab your magnifying glass and join the investigation. You might be surprised by what you discover.

New series begins June 14th at Willow Hill United Methodist Church.

Have you ever wondered where God is when everything seems to be falling apart?

This week, we conclude Esther's incredible story with a reminder that God is still at work—even when we can't see it. What looked like defeat became deliverance. What was meant for destruction became a story of redemption. And the God who turned the tide for Esther is still bringing hope, healing, and new life today.

If you're carrying grief, disappointment, fear, or exhaustion, this message is for you. Esther's story reminds us that brave faith isn't having all the answers—it's trusting that God is working behind the scenes, even in the silence.

Just like the Japanese art of Kintsugi transforms broken pottery with gold, God doesn't hide our broken places—God redeems them and weaves them into a story of grace.

Maybe the breakthrough hasn't arrived yet.
Maybe the waiting isn't over.
But hidden doesn't mean absent, and silence doesn't mean God is finished.

Join us for the conclusion of our series, Brave: The Story of Esther, and discover how God still turns tides, redeems brokenness, and calls ordinary people to extraordinary faith.

The Hardest Part Isn't the Call... It's Trusting the Process:

In this week's Midweek Moment, Pastor Nicole reminds us that faith doesn't come with a detailed roadmap. When God calls us, we often want to know every step, every challenge, and every outcome before we say yes. But that's not usually how God works.

Instead, God reveals what we need when we need it.

Just like Esther, we're invited to trust the process. To take the next right step, even when we can't see the entire journey ahead. Because if we knew every obstacle we would face, we might never begin. Yet time and time again, God proves faithful—walking with us, guiding us, and providing exactly what we need along the way.

You don't have to know the whole plan.

You just need the courage to say yes to the next step.

You Don't Need the Whole Plan—Just the Next Step 👀:

What if bravery isn't about being fearless?

Esther didn't know how her story would end. She only knew the next right step. And sometimes that's all God asks of us, too.

Maybe your next step is making the phone call. Starting therapy. Having the difficult conversation. Showing up to the recovery meeting. Taking a chance when the future feels uncertain.

You don't have to know the outcome to be brave enough to begin. Faith isn't having all the answers—it's trusting God enough to take the next step.

What is one brave step you're being called to take right now?
