Hi Ladies,
So, as we journey through this unknown season of time, we want to be responsible, courageous and find a way to still impact the lives of others.
I have several things I want to implement.
1- Care Callers ~ I am looking for a group of women who can call members of the church to check in on them, find out how they are doing, if they are afraid. Do you they have someone who is picking up food for them. And then take time to pray for them. I can break up the list of ladies according to how many women we have calling. What an awesome opportunity this will be. To love on the ladies of the church and to be loved right back.
2- Care Runners - This will be a list of people the Care Caller can contact when a need does arise. Maybe they need food delivered or a prescription that needs to be picked up. The runner will be able to pick up and drop off items on the porch or front stoop of their homes.
3- Video Home Group - I will be starting a home group on line using RNM. If you are interested, please message me whether you prefer day or evening. If the day and time does not matter, no need to message me. Just text here, I am interested. This will be a healthy way for us to stay connected. I will be using Zoom. You do not need to have zoom to join. I will send you an invite and you just follow the response. Once that information is ready, we will roll it out. And yes, I would love ladies who don't attend our church to join us. April Victor will also lead the same study if they group is big. Please let it be HUGE, so we have to find yet another facilitator.
4- This Sunday, we will have church, right out of the church. Pastor Josh will share the Word from church and Shelly will lead worship. 10:00am LIVE. Please share to your pages when you see it. My brother called me from Florida and has been watching Josh and said, please share it on your personal page. It will minister to so many more!
5- We don't know how long this is going to last but we are going to be there for each other. Continue to keep your eyes on the Lord. The maker of heaven and earth. The Father of all creation! He is allowing us to be used, stretched and blessed during this National Crisis. Don't miss your opportunity.
