🎶🌿 Join us for North Lawn Theology! 🌿🎶

On Wednesday, June 24 at 6:00 PM, we’ll gather on the North Lawn for a relaxed evening of conversation, reflection, and music.

Have you ever wondered why music is such an important part of our faith? Why certain hymns or songs stay with us through every season of life? Together we’ll share simple reflections on the power of music to connect us with God and one another.

We’ll also sing songs that are on people’s hearts! A song booklet will be available, and everyone is invited to offer suggestions whether it’s a favorite hymn, a camp song, or another piece of music that has been meaningful in your faith journey.

Bring a lawn chair, bring a friend, and come as you are. All are welcome as we sing, reflect, and celebrate the gift of music together.

From near and far, we’ve loved seeing where Flat Jesus has been traveling and how he has been reminding us that God is with us wherever we go.

Need a reset for your week? Need a reminder that you are loved exactly as you are?

Join us this Sunday at First Parish Congregational Church for worship. In a world that can feel busy, overwhelming, and divided, worship offers us a chance to pause, breathe deeply, and remember the good news: we are all beloved children of God.

This Sunday will be especially joyful as we celebrate the sacrament of Baptism and welcome the infant of one of our beloved church families into the covenant of God’s love. What a beautiful reminder that God’s grace surrounds us from the very beginning and that we are all held in a community of love.

There is no better way to begin a new week than by gathering in hope, singing with joy, praying together, and remembering that nothing can separate us from the love of God.

An amazing thing happens when we all give what we can.

A can of soup. A package of diapers. A jar of peanut butter. One small item may not seem like much on its own, but when a community comes together in generosity, those small gifts become something extraordinary.

Thank you to everyone who brought donations and helped fill our baskets. Just look at this abundance! These gifts will go out into the world to do God’s work, sharing hope, care, and love with neighbors in need.

We are reminded once again that God’s generosity is often revealed through the willing hands and open hearts of ordinary people. Thank you for being part of this ministry and for helping us make a difference together.
