You'll notice something different as you drive up to Living Hope Church. After decades of standing watch over the entrance, our old sign has been retired. Many thanks to Gary Antonacci for designing and constructing the new sign. Also, thanks to all the men who showed up to remove the old and install the new.

It's missions weekend at Living Hope Church. This afternoon Erin Kohl spent time with our kids and shared about Germany, missions and German Christmas traditions. The children also made an ornament to hang on their family tree and sampled some tasty German Christmas treats.

Erin will present again in Adult Sunday School at 9:30 tomorrow morning, and during the worship service at 10:30. You are invited to join us in person. (There will be no live stream tomorrow.)

Thank you Living Hope family for giving the largest special offering in recent memory, by far, to assist in hurricane relief efforts. Your donations from this morning have already been forwarded to CAMA and designated for relief efforts across the Alliance South district. May your generosity be a pleasing aroma before the Lord. Please continue to pray for our neighbors in the south as they struggle to reassemble their communities. Pray also for those who have lost loved ones or have family and friends that are still missing.

We will be taking a special offering tomorrow morning, October 6, to help with the ongoing Hurricane Helene relief efforts in the southern states. This offering will be sent immediately to CAMA, the Alliance's relief and development ministry and designated for hurricane relief. Please continue to pray for all people impacted by the storm, and for the Alliance churches and workers who are on the ground ministering in various ways to those in need.

Just a reminder that our stream on Facebook Live will be changing beginning tomorrow, March 3. We will no longer be streaming the first portion of our worship service, but only the sermon message. The live start time will float between 10:50 and 11:00 AM each week.
