Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16)

Effectual-successful in producing a desired or intended result, effective.

Fervent-having or displaying a passionate intensity. To pray fervently is to pray with intensity fueled by the Holy Ghost.

Availeth- produces an advantage, serves a useful way.

When we cry out to God fervently in our hearts, I believe it grabs his attention. Sometimes we can only cry HELP, but when we do so with a fervent heart, God assures us and comes to our rescue.

God hears the cries of our hearts and we can know with assurance that he is taking care of all our needs. Lean on him. Trust in him. Iā€™ve found him faithful to fulfill the promises he has given.

Is anything to hard for God? No, nothing absolutely NOTHINGšŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ».

ā€œSprint toward the finish lineā€

Back in the day, Pastor Terry during his high school years loved to run track, specifically cross country. And in order to train his body how to endure until the finish line, he had to do lots of practice runs. He would run for miles at a time by setting his pace and maintaining his stamina as he pressed toward the finish line. Every long distance runner knows that in order to endure you have to reserve your energy by pace running. And then as you enter the final lap, all the energy that you stored while setting pace, expels out of you like a rocket and you are running on pure adrenaline with one goal in sightā€¦ā€¦crossing the finish line. And thereā€™s an old cleachea that says itā€™s not how you start the race thatā€™s most important, but how you finish.

And thatā€™s so true for this day and hour that the church is in. The signs are everywhere we look. The stage is being set before our eyes. This is the churchā€™s final hour in this dispensation of grace and we need to run on as fast as we can, making sure we reach the finish line.

I believe the Lord is telling his people to stay ready. Watch and pray. Soon our lord will return to claim his bride. And you donā€™t want to miss the rapture of the church. And the only way to be certain that you are ready is to be saved, watching and waiting for his return.

Itā€™s an exciting time for the church. Weā€™ve read about it, weā€™re heard testimony of it, but one day soon it will be a reality.

Letā€™s do the best we can in these last days to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and lead others to him.

Weā€™re in the final lap, press on, the finish line is in sightšŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ».

A week ago today I had this dream and I had made a post about it. I saw all these Jewish people sitting in bleachers and cheering. They were excited about something. Then I looked up and saw this little green bird (the color of Islam) flying over them. And out of nowhere this huge black bird swooped over the little green bird in mid air and devoured it.

And just today I was reminded of this scripture here in Isaiah 31:5 ā€œas birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts defend Jerusalem; defending also he will deliver it; and passing over he will preserve it.

No enemy will prevail against Israel and the Jewish nation. That land is promised to them through covenant and forever it belongs to them.

Itā€™s an exciting time for the church of Jesus Christ. Look up for our redemption is drawing nearšŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ™ŒšŸ».

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for her inhabitants.

Just a little encouragement for your Mondayā¤ļø.

1 Kings 19:9
And he came thither into a cave, and lodged there; and behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here Elijah?

Iā€™m sure most of you know this story here where Elijah had just defeated the 450 prophets of Baal and now Jezebel was on the hunt to seek him and take his life. So when Elijah heard of this, he arose and took cover in a cave from the presence of his enemy.

And this morning I want to speak to that one, who like Elijah here in this chapter, the enemy has you backed into a corner. You are afraid and paralyzed by fear. And thatā€™s just where he would like you to stay. But Iā€™ve come by to tell that the same God that came to Elijahā€™s rescue here in this chapter is the same God that will show up in your time of need and cause your advasary to flee from your presence.

And on down in verse 12 scripture tells us that the lord was not in the earthquake, or the fire but instead, a STILL small voice. God spoke peace to Elijahā€™s spirit and thatā€™s what heā€™s speaking to you as well. Meditate on his words and soon the peace of God will feel your hearts and minds. In his presence there is complete peace and joy.

And remember when the enemy is screaming in your ear, let the sweet voice of Jesus quiet your soul. Hope your Monday is a blessed oneā¤ļø.

Today is the day that the Lord has made. Weā€™d like to invite you and your family to come worship with us. We live in uncertain times, and if you donā€™t know Christ itā€™s time to get ready. Our service starts at 2pmšŸ˜Š.

I had a dream this morning that has shook me to my core. I canā€™t share it all but I will share some. In one part of the dream I was upon a high mountain and it appeared that we were waiting to get into a sporting event. There were people everywhere. I was so high up that I could see the road and traffic beneath me. And as I looked i saw hundreds of blue and white busses filled with people. And as they exited the bus they began to fill up bleachers to my right. They were all wearing blue and white and seemed to be cheering or excited about the event. And as I watched these people in the air was flying this small green bird and it flew over these people. I donā€™t know its intention or plan but right out of nowhere a huge dark colored bird swooped in mid hour over the green bird and devoured it in flight and the people were rejoicing.

I believe this was a dream given by the lord. I believe the people in blue and white (was people from Israel.) I donā€™t know the significance of the green bird and the large bird that devoured it, but I do know now the meaning. Jehovah himself keeps his eye on Israel and he will deliver them from any enemy.

I feel so strong that we need to pray for Israel and the peace of Jerusalem. I donā€™t know whatā€™s stirring but something is stirring in the heavemlies. Itā€™s not a time to fear but a time to prepare our hearts for the return of Christ.

Our church doors will be open tonight at 6pm to PRAY for Israel. Anyone that would like to come pray, you are welcome.
