comes from Judges 4:4-10, 14, 21-22

1.) Consider judges 4, 7, and 13-16. Why does God sometimes use "a cast of thousands" to accomplish His will but at other times He uses many fewer?
When have you participated in serving others with a large group? Small group? Independently?
2.) What is the role of fear in our lives? How does it protect, guide, or assist us? is fear a good thing?
What role does God play in overcoming our fears? How might the Christian community assist?

5.) How do you react to the violence in this story? The whole of Scripture?
