Full-Time Content Creator
The Dream Center | Easley, South Carolina
Reports to: Executive Director
Employment Status: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Location: Easley, SC, with travel between Dream Center locations
Full-Time Schedule and Expectations
This is an active, hands-on position that combines content creation, social media management, photography, videography, storytelling, and marketing support. Must be self motivated and have a very strong work ethic. If you are lazy, don’t apply!
The Content Creator is expected to spend regular time throughout the week at Dream Center programs, resale stores, events, and community activities to capture authentic stories and experiences. Some flexibility in scheduling will be necessary to cover special events, fundraising activities, and program milestones.
Weekly Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish consistent content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Capture and edit short-form videos, reels, photographs, and graphics.
Develop and maintain a rolling content calendar.
Spend time on-site with programs and resale stores to identify and capture stories.
Interview staff, volunteers, participants, and community partners when appropriate.
Create promotional content for events, fundraising campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure communications reflect current priorities.
Monitor engagement and report on content performance monthly.
Maintain organized digital photo, video, and brand asset libraries.
