Gilbert Wafula, CDI teacher in Kenya, recently spent a few days preaching on the street! Other teachers and CDI students go door-to-door and some use mercy ministries to show Christ's love and speak the good news!

Let's not forget to keep praying for Nepal! One of our CDI partners, Pastor R, is mobilizing his team in reaching out to so many who have been devastated by this heartbreaking tragedy. The devastating flood in the Bhotekoshi River area has taken away homes, livelihoods, and the dreams and hard work of many people. Communities along the river are facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty.

Kindly uphold Nepal and all those affected in your prayers. May those who are missing be found and rescued safely, and may God protect everyone and prevent further loss.

IGMK Ladies Conference in the books for another year! The Ladies Evangelistic Team sang at the conference. Many of these ladies teach CDI classes in their local churches. Pastor Silas and his wife Carol serve tirelessly to make disciples how make disciples! What a great team of dedicated disciplemakers work together in this great effort! Let's partner with them in prayer and in giving sacrificially so they can provide every student with the lessons needed to know God's Word and carry out the commission!

Iron sharpens iron! Many pastors gathered from all over East Africa to hear teaching on Advanced Pastoral Theology and Exegesis of 2 Timothy! The conference was led by CDI National Discipleship Partner (NDP) David Akondowe. It was a time of rich fellowship! We are thankful that our NDP from Zambia was able to deepen his vision and develop closer friendships with other men!

The CDI Liberia ministry continues to expand its outreach across churches and communities throughout the country. During these visits, the team distributed CDI Bible study materials, Bibles, books, and Bible-reading radios. These radios are especially valuable because they provide the complete Word of God in several local Liberian languages. For many people, hearing the Bible in their own language opens a door to understanding and engaging with God's Word in a powerful way.

At the same time, a significant challenge remains: the production and distribution of CDI's free Bible correspondence course lessons and materials. As interest continues to grow, the need for printing, supplies, transportation, and delivery of these lessons is increasing. The opportunity is tremendous. Through these free Bible courses and the distribution of God's Word, CDI is helping churches and Christian leaders reach people who might otherwise have little access to biblical teaching. By God's grace, all over Kenya teachers like Kennedy Sagwe Kisii, Mica Keya, and David Tieng are teaching CDI courses to students every week! They keep pressing on! One partner asks us to pray for a new CDI training center he will open soon. Another will be speaking in several schools this week and is praying for many conversions to Christ!
