There will be no morning service at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church on Sunday, May 31st.

We will be traveling to Shield of Faith Empowerment Center in West Memphis, Arkansas, to fellowship with Pastor Byron Aldridge and the congregation. We will still live stream the service at 10:30am!

On this Sunday, we will be celebrating Mother’s Day. We are asking all members whose mothers have transitioned to glory to please bring a picture of them as we honor and celebrate the beautiful women they were and the love they shared with us.
Also, if your mother is still here but unable to attend with you, please feel free to bring her picture as well.
💜A special table will be set aside in honor and loving memory of our mothers.

Spring Banquet 2026
We were truly blessed to enjoy an amazing time with our Youth Department. A special thank you to our guests from Greater Anointing Blessings Center and Cedar Grove Church of Jesus Christ of Forrest City for joining us for dinner, fellowship, and entertainment.
We were also blessed by our guest speaker, Bro. Demetrius Johnson of Earle.
What a wonderful celebration of our youth!

Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church Scholarship Applications

The Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church is now accepting applications for college scholarships from qualified high school seniors who reside in the surrounding areas. These scholarships are typically one-year awards, ranging from $500 to $1,000, and are non-renewable.

Eligibility and Criteria
Scholarships are awarded based on three primary factors: academic achievement, community service activities, and financial need. To be eligible, applicants must plan to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university. Additionally, applicants are required to have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate active involvement in community service.

Application Guidelines
• The application must be completed and postmarked no later than May 16, 2026. Scholarship winners will be notified by June 1, 2026.
