Hello, Eagle Lake Community!

It has been my incredible honor and privilege to serve as pastor of Eagle Lake United Methodist Church for the past seven years. Together, we’ve shared moments of joy, growth, challenges, and hope, always leaning on God's steadfast love to guide us forward.

I want to share with you the heartfelt news that I have been appointed to serve the congregations of Yorktown and Runge United Methodist Churches as part of our Methodist tradition of itinerancy. While change always brings mixed emotions, I trust in God’s plan and the wisdom of our church leadership.

As I prepare to embark on this next chapter, I am delighted to share that Rev. Stan Warfield will be joining Eagle Lake UMC as your new pastor. I am confident that his faith, leadership, and heart for ministry will be a blessing to this church and community.

My time in Eagle Lake has been an unforgettable gift, filled with cherished memories and lessons that I will carry with me always. Your support, kindness, and dedication to Christ’s mission have inspired me deeply, and I will continue to pray for Eagle Lake to flourish as a beacon of hope and light. I ask for your prayers as I step into this new calling, knowing we remain united in Christ’s spirit and love.

Thank you for making Eagle Lake such an extraordinary place to serve, grow, and share God’s love.
