The Dead Sea is dead because water, fresh water, flows into it, but there is no outlet. The only way for the water to leave is through evaporation, leaving behind the salt and minerals. It is about ten times as salty as the oceans and is too salty to support life.

"Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven."

"But wilt thou know oh vain man, that faith without works is dead, being alone."

Let the life and love of God that flows to you from the Lord, flow through you to those you come in contact with today. Reach out where you can and be his hands and feet.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CONTROL EVERY SEASON OF YOUR LIFE.

The waiting season.
The motherhood season.
The season of uncertainty.
The season of abundance.
The season of loss.
The season you never expected.

You may not understand what God is doing.

You may not know what tomorrow holds.

But you know Who holds tomorrow.

Elisabeth Elliot wrote:

«“Leave it all in the Hands that were wounded for you.”»

What a comfort.

The same hands that were pierced for your salvation are the hands that hold your life.

So release the need to control.

Release the fear of the unknown.

Release the question, “What if?”

You can trust Him with the season you're in.

Not because life is always easy.
Not because you understand His plan.
But because Christ is trustworthy.

Whatever season you are in today—

leave it in His hands. ☕️

Two people can walk through a very similar day and carry completely different things from it…💯

One remembers the inconveniences.
The delays.
The frustrating conversations.
The things that didn’t go as planned.

The other remembers those things too - BUT also notices the kindness, the provision, the laughter, the small answered prayer, the moment of peace, or the person who showed up at just the right time.🥰

That doesn’t mean one person is ignoring reality.

👉 It means they’re choosing not to let the hard become the whole story.

What we repeatedly notice has a way of shaping what we remember -

And what we remember has a way of shaping what we carry into tomorrow.

Gratitude doesn’t rewrite the day.
It helps us remember the WHOLE thing.

Lord, help me notice the good I might otherwise miss. 🤎🙏✝️

So true. The word tells us that whatever we do we should do it heartily as though we are doing it to/for the Lord and not other people.
