Kids are having fun. We love the giggling kids in service and after. Do you have a heart for sharing Gods love with our youngest members? If we have curriculum and supplies are you lead to help? Background checks are required. We would like to rotate the position so we can also be feed in service at least everyother service. Please pray about it and listen for Gods direction.

Do you have a calling for kids ministry? We are starting fresh and would love to encourage anyone that is feeling lead to reach out. There are many ways to serve. We need help organizing programs and volunteers. We need volunteers. We need vision and hands and feed to fill the needs. We have families with young children and nursery and our youngest students could really use some structured time to build relationships with peers and the teachers. These relationship are so important as they grow in their relationship with Christ. If you are interested in helping please reach out to Jeff or Missy and we will be happy to answer any questions.

The kids did a great job with the names of Gid that speaks to them and singing What a Beautuful Name. Thank you Lucinda for all the time with the kids to get them ready and the open hearts of the kids to share.

We had such a great time on Saturday. The weather was great, the smiles were even better. We had a loop around the school so everyone was traveling in the same direction. Cars parked socially distant to hand out candy and check out all the little costumes. We had path decorated for fall with a great spot for picture taking. Thank you to all the volunteers and we couldn’t have done it without you. We had families come that we knew and some that came from the community. This is an event that we can continue in the future. It felt great to be showing our hearts to our community. We are for you! Creating Community, Communicating Care. It is more than our mission as a church. It is our calling as Christians. Hello Living Hope Family,
I pray you are all doing well. I can't tell you how much I miss being in person with you listening to our voices being lifted in praise and worship along with our music team. I miss the sermons and I miss the children. On Saturday the 24th we will be having a childrens event at Crossett Brook Middle School. We will have adults in costumes handing out candy as Children drive by in their cars. We will also have a loop that kids can walk to show us their costumes while we from a safe distance can express our excitement.

I am looking for some help. I have some candy that was donated but with the limited trick or treat opportunities for kids we are anticipating high volumes. If anyone could pick up some candy and deliver it to the Campus Chapel or call me and I can meet you somewhere to collect it. I am also looking for decorations for where the kids will be walking. We are looking for fall decorations mostly. Nothing too scary. Bales of hay and pumpkins, garland, spiders and cobwebs. We are also looking for people to dress up in costumes and hand out candy. Costumes are kid friendly, nothing demonic or scary, if you have questions about costumes please reach out to either Missy or Kenny.

We also encourage you to spread the word and ask people to join. What a privilege to reach out beyond our group and share God's love. Creating Community and Communicating Care!

"Creating Community, Communicating Care"

Halloween will be like nothing our children have experienced before. How do we try and keep some sense of normalcy while protecting everyone from the virus that is on every one's minds? Crossett Brook Middle School in Duxbury, VT has given us permission to hold a trick or treat event on October 24th at 5 pm in the school parking area. We will have adults handing out candy to trick or treaters who remain safely in there cars with masks on. It will be family friendly and costumes will be monitored as not to scare young participants. Everyone handing out candy will be masked and hand sanitizer will be required before we start and repeated as needed. We suggest having a small bag of candy to appease your little trick or treaters while you quarantine the candy they collect until you feel comfortable letting them have it. After everyone had gone through the line we will have an area where any trick or treaters are welcome to walk a decorated path in front of people in their cars that can wave, clap and or honk there approval of all the kids costumes. This is of course optional and dependent on your comfort level.
