To the Churches, Clergy, and Lay Delegates of the Pilgrim Association:
At the request of the First Congregational Church of Sharon the Pilgrim Association will gather for an Ecclesiastical Council at
7:30 P.M. on Thursday, February 16, 2017
at the First Congregational Church of Sharon, 29 North Main Street, Sharon, Massachusetts. The evening will begin at 7:30 P.M. with an Ecclesiastical Council to meet, review the credentials of, and hear the reflections of Brent Gundlah and to examine him as to his fitness to be ordained to Christian Ministry in the United Church of Christ. If the examination is successful, Brent will be approved for ordination pending a call to ministry in the United Church of Christ.

Following the Council there will be a reception for Brent Gundlah.

At the request of the Bethany Congregational Church, UCC in Quincy, Massachusetts, the Pilgrim Association will gather for an Ecclesiastical Council at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Bethany Congregational Church, UCC
18 Spear Street, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169 (617) 479-7300.

The evening will begin at 7:30 P.M. with an Ecclesiastical Council to meet, review the credentials of, and hear the reflections of Rev. Peter Preble and to examine him as to his fitness to be granted Privilege of Call in the United Church of Christ. Previously, Rev. Preble was ordained by the Romanian Orthodox Church. Now he seeks Privilege of Call
in the United Church of Christ. Peter is the
Associate Pastor and a member of the
Bethany Congregational Church, UCC.

Following the Council there will be a reception for Rev. Preble.

There is still room to sign up for the clergy retreat. Hotel reservations must be made by Friday.

Time together will include time for ocean walks and meeting clergy colleagues from Southern New England. We will have an art room, a prayer room, and a hang-out room.

Ordination Service at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the
Pilgrim Church of Duxbury, UCC

Duxbury, Massachusetts 02331

The morning will begin at 11:00 A.M.
with a Service of Worship to ordain
Emily Johnson Kellar
to Christian Ministry in the
United Church of Christ.

Prior to the service, clergy are invited to gather to robe and process.

Following the Ordination Service there will be a reception for the newly ordained Rev. Kellar.

We are gathered at the First Congregational Church of Fairhaven for the southeast area meeting with Rev. Brita Gill-Austern.
