www.GormanBC.com The gospel of Jesus Christ is a message of hope.

We deliver the message of Jesus Christ as the Son of God with unwavering faith in His atoning work on the cross, His resurrection from the dead, and His power to transform lives. Our responsibility is to reach out to families throughout our community. To share that hope, we actively engage in training believers to disciple others. Gorman Baptist Church is a family of believers who exist to glorify God. We do so with an uncompromised preaching of God's word. As ambassadors of Christ, we are on a mission to herald the healing power of His love to an ailing world. Our ministry is designed to encourage and equip all believers in becoming fully committed followers of Christ. We invite you to come and join us as we worship our risen Lord.

We love our pastors and their wives at Gorman. Yesterday we presented them with a gift from the congregation — a visible living out of 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13— “And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at peace among yourselves.”

At Gorman, we take the next generation seriously. This weekend Gorman hosted a Fall Retreat for Gorman and Braggtown Baptist Church youth, where they discussed how Jesus said to live and to love.
