Pour Out Your Heart is a six-session study using selected Psalms to teach godly ways of handling joy, gratitude, disappointment, longing, restlessness, and praise. Each session walks through its psalm, examines the psalmist’s emotions, and draws out principles for managing them. Three threads run throughout: be honest with God, anchor in His character, and lean on the community. The journey moves from joy through harder emotions to unrestrained praise.
