🎥 Sometimes the greatest strength in a relationship is knowing when to let someone else lead.

Yesterday at FACC – The New Church, Bishop and Teacher Cassandra gave us a powerful visual demonstration during the sermon. Through a color-stacking challenge, Bishop showed that Teacher was more skilled at the task—and instead of competing, he allowed her gift to shine.

The lesson? 💡

A healthy relationship isn’t about who is better. It’s about recognizing each other’s strengths and allowing the person best equipped for the assignment to lead. When one wins, the relationship wins.

There is no competition between spouses. No need for ego. No need to prove a point. Just partnership, trust, empowerment, and unity. ❤️

Congratulations to Teacher Cassandra on the victory! 👏🏾 But the real winner was the lesson we all learned.

What a powerful Family & Friends Day at FACC – The New Church! ❤️🙌🏾

From the uplifting praise and worship, to the beautiful dance ministry, to the life-changing preached Word, every moment pointed us back to the love and heart of God. We laughed together through fun demonstrations, worshipped together in unity, and experienced the presence of God in a tangible way.

The service culminated in a powerful altar call as women gathered together and those who had never experienced a father’s embrace—or simply needed one in that moment—were surrounded with love, prayer, and heartfelt hugs. There were tears, healing, restoration, and reminders that our Heavenly Father sees, knows, and loves each of His daughters.

This is more than a church service. This is ministry. This is family. This is discipleship in action.

Lives are being changed.
Hearts are being healed.
Generations are being raised.

We are grateful for what God is doing at FACC – The New Church, and we can’t wait to see what He does next.

🎤😂 Family & Friends Day at FACC – The New Church was one for the books!

We had an absolute blast playing Finish the Lyrics: Church Edition and let’s just say… some folks knew EVERY word, and some folks were making up verses as they went! 🤣🙌🏾

From classic gospel favorites to praise and worship anthems, the laughter, fellowship, and friendly competition made for an unforgettable time together. There’s nothing like gathering with family, friends, and church family to celebrate God, create memories, and enjoy each other’s company.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Family & Friends Day at Faith Assembly Christian Center The New Church such a success. ❤️
