Mt. Sylvan Kids At Mt. Our Nursery is located on the main floor in our Education Building. Elementary aged children are welcomed to join us in our Children's Center!

Sylvan Kids, we are committed to creating a safe, loving, exciting, Bible-based environment for kids; one that will activate their minds and warm their hearts. We offer a variety of worship and learning experiences for your little ones, from birth through 5th grade, during our Sunday morning services at 8:30 and 11:00. Sunday mornings, starting at 9:45am in the Children's Center, are spent learnin

g the wonderful stories of the Bible through the curriculum known as Godly Play. This curriculum is a creative, imaginative approach to Christian formation and spiritual guidance, with 40+ years of research and practice. It values openness and discovery through community and relationships. The stories of the Bible come alive with symbols and rituals found in Christian congregations. Children are encouraged to explore their faith in a broader sense through wondering and play. There are stories, play time, and a feast with prayers, which represents the community we have with God and with one another.
