On 9/2/2026 We refused your donation at the door. The video footage clearly shows you being told no. We do not take printers. Not because we can’t afford the disposal fee, but because we shouldn’t have to. We are a Nonprofit after all. Here is the problem, you chose to throw it in our garbage. Printers are considered hazardous waste and are banned from landfills under Wisconsin s.287.07 (5). We could have potentially received a fine for this had we not found it. We try to recycle as much as we can and be responsible for our environmental footprint. If you would like to learn more about recycling go to dnr.wi.gov
