There was a season when I showed up as the helper, the encourager, the problem-solver, the strong one. There was a season when I was the coach, the cheerleader, the teacher, and the midwife helping others push through and win.

But lately?
God’s been teaching me to be the student.

Every season doesn’t require the same version of you. Sometimes you’re meant to pour, other times you’re meant to be poured into. Both are holy. Both are necessary.

This blue app and all the others will have you thinking everybody’s life is perfect—big smiles, dream vacations, power couple moments, luxury vacations, relationship goals, and success stories.

But let’s be real… behind the filters, behind the perfectly crafted captions, behind the “living my best life” posts, a lot of folks are struggling in silence.

Truth is, some of the happiest-looking people on here are battling anxiety, depression, loneliness, and disappointment. Social media shows the MOMENTS , not the MESS. It captures the HIGHLIGHTS , not the HARDSHIPS.

So before you start comparing your journey to somebody’s curated timeline, remember: REAL life happens beyond the REELS‼️
