Your love and kindness have been a tremendous source of comfort and strength to the Maghacot family and our church family.

What a beautiful outpouring of love we witnessed as family, friends, and loved ones gathered to remember a man who faithfully served God and loved His people. This past Sunday, Pastor Nilo encouraged us through the message "Moving Forward Together in God's Faithfulness" from Deuteronomy 34 and Joshua 1.

As we reflect on the life and legacy of our beloved Pastor Jess, we were reminded that while we mourn the loss of a faithful servant, we do not lose sight of God's promises and purpose.

🕊️ God honors faithful servants — The greatest commendation is not success or recognition, but faithfulness to God until the end.

🕊️ We grieve with hope — Those who die in Christ are with the Lord, and we hold firmly to the promise of resurrection and reunion.

🕊️ God's mission continues — Though leaders may pass on, God's work goes on, and He continues to raise up faithful men and women to carry out His purpose.

🕊️ Move forward in courage, unity, and obedience — Just as God encouraged Joshua, He calls His church today to be strong and courageous, trusting in His presence and His Word.

Though our hearts grieve, we trust in the God who remains faithful. Together, let us honor Pastor Jess by continuing the work he faithfully devoted his life to - loving God, serving others, and advancing the mission of Christ.

May we continue the work Pastor Jess faithfully carried out, trusting that the same God who led His people yesterday will lead us today and forever.

✨ LEGACY OF THE FAITHFUL ONES ✨

This past Sunday, Pastor Allan reminded us that the lives of faithful believers leave a lasting legacy that continues to impact generations.

🌿 A legacy of loving God through obedience.
🫂 A legacy of loving people with sincerity and compassion.
🔥 A legacy of embracing God's calling with faithfulness and courage.

As we reflect on the life and ministry of our beloved Pastor Jess, we are reminded that the greatest legacy we can leave is a life fully surrendered to Christ. His faithful example inspires us to continue in what we have learned, remain steadfast in God's Word, love others deeply, and run our race with perseverance.

Though our hearts grieve his passing, we move forward with hope, carrying the faith, love, and devotion he faithfully demonstrated and passed on to those around him. While Pastor Jess has finished his race and entered into the presence of the Lord, his testimony continues to encourage us to remain faithful, steadfast, and committed to Christ.

As Scripture reminds us:

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus."— Hebrews 12:1–2

Pastor Jess may no longer walk beside us, but the faith he lived, the love he shared, and the countless lives he touched will continue to bear fruit for generations to come.

🌷 The Influence of a Faithful Mother 🌷
📖 2 Timothy 1:5 - Sister Liza Pamplona

A faithful mother's impact reaches far beyond what can be measured. Through the examples of Lois and Eunice, we see how their sincere faith helped shape Timothy into a faithful servant of God. A mother's greatest calling is not only to care for her children physically, but to lead them spiritually.

Main reminders from today's message:

🌸 Live out your faith daily — Let your children see a genuine relationship with God through your words, actions, and example.

🌸 Pray faithfully for your children — Cover them in prayer for their salvation, spiritual growth, and God's guidance throughout their lives.

🌸 Entrust your children to God — Recognize that they are a gift from the Lord and trust His perfect plan and purpose for them.

Mothers are often the first teachers of faith, helping their children know, honor, and follow God. Their prayers, example, and unwavering trust in the Lord leave a legacy that can impact generations.

On Mothers Day, we honored and thanked all mothers for their love, sacrifice, and godly influence. What you do matters more than you know, and your faithfulness is making an eternal difference. ❤️
