Preserving The Past/Embracing The Future

I don't mind when a minister is whooping etc but just make sure you're saying something and not just doing a lot of gyrations and providing no SUBSTANCE to your audience. For man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Not a lot of singing, theatrics or calisthenics, give me the WORD !!

Saints, for me the definition of BLESSED is the innate, uncanny ability to succeed from the Lord over adversity

Saints , it is interesting to me when I examine the Holy scriptures concerning Jesus and John the baptist. While both of these individuals were in their mothers womb and in an unconscious state, the bible tells us that when they came together though separated in the womb, John LEAPED and knew it was Jesus, but years later while in prison wanted to know and requested the disciples of Christ to ask Him was He the Christ or should we look for another?

God is NEVER recognized but always REVEALED !!

Realistically, an individual can be free from a physical standpoint and yet BOUND in their minds and this is what happened to the children of Israel, their conversation was always what was back in Egypt when God was trying to direct them to the PROMISED LAND, one which flowed with milk and honey.

The problem with Isreal was that they could never get Egypt out of their minds. Every time they found themselves in a situation, they would tell Moses, we would have been better off if we had stayed in Egypt though they complained of the hardships they suffered under Pharaoh. No matter how many miracles God allowed them to witness under the leadership of Moses, whenever they encountered a new dilemma with its challenges, it was if we were back in Egypt and did not realize the resource that they had.

one cannot live without God and no one can outlive God

Question; has the church relinquished its message of declaring the GOSPEL of the Kingdom and its Christ to a Norman Vincent Peale type thing of all you need to have is just POSITIVE THINKING and you'll be alright, you don't need Gods word, just think positive thoughts.

Saints, when it comes to Prayer and Fasting I believe that the two are inseparable because in many cases as Jesus pointed out to His disciples some things only come about through prayer and fasting.

Saints, when we pray, don't just limit your prayers to those that are outside of Christ such as the drug addict or the alcoholic or the individual who is incarcerated but also remember the ones who have been BLESSED by God, those whom His anointing is resting on. Prayer must not be limited to just the down and out but to the up and gifted.
